We're fans ourselves and over the years, have collected countless media files related to the world of Sailor Moon. We have gathered from our hobby cases and from various dark corners of the internet. And now, we're going to share our small treasure trove with you.
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon is a live-action television series, based on the
popular manga and anime title, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. When the show debuted on
Japanese television in late 2003, it took the internet by storm. It captured a large audience
world wide and became an instant hit with foreign fans. At one point during the show's run,
the term "Sailor Moon" topped Yahoo's USA Popular Search list. The show was also
responsible for launching the careers of some of today's most sought-after Japanese TV actresses
and models. Many years after the show's end, cast members still regularly meet up for dinner
and shopping trips.
Opening Theme Sequence
This is the opening theme for the live action TV show, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. The song is "Kirari Sailor Dream," performed by SAE.
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon is perhaps the most recognizable anime in
the entire world. When Takeuchi Naoko first published her manga in 1991, she
most likely did not know that she would be creating one of the most important series to
ever be imported from Japan. From comic form it evolved into animation and became an
instant international hit. It was a series that single-handedly reinvented the genre
of shoujo anime, and the character Sailor Moon became almost iconic to the
Japanese animation world. Even now, over 10 years after the series have ended, people
who have never seen a single episode of Sailor Moon can easily identify one of Takeuchi Naoko's
magical soldier girls (or Tuxedo Mask ^.~ <3).
